tunes: Alkaline Trio - Private Eye

Is it really already Thursday? Too much happened yesterday and I'm too lazy to type everything up. Well, I can summarize everything up pretty well. Morning started with me getting up early enough, getting dressed, had to ask my mom for my savings book, spent a long time looking for my keys, found them, then I'm late for school. I wasn't -too- late, though, lucky for me. I got a B in my MIS exam, happy, but not too happy. Would've liked an A, which might've been possible if I had remembered to put in the associative entities. Actually, I knew I had to put them, I just didn't. I don't know why. I hate it when I do things like that. I then went to Barnes and NOble b/c I had to look for Snow Country for Asian Studies, they didn't have it so I hop on the Orange Line to Walnut Locust to go to Borders, they don't have it either. Great. So I have about an hour until class to find the book, get back on campus, read it, and get lunch. I manage to catch the bus down Walnut and the book is at Barnes and Noble at Rittenhouse. Their customer service sucks there BTW. I do a little speed reading (had to read 30 pages for class) on the subway back to school and manage to hit 25 by the time I reach the building. I grab some lunch (ooooh, egg rolls) and do some more reading before class (had about 10 minutes to spare). I didn't get the first quiz question (it was a trick!), but I got the next one. When that was over, I had to go to Beneficial to withdraw from savings. That turned out to take longer than usual b/c that bitch who always gives me trouble had to go to a supervisor and they had to close my savings account b/c of my age and open a new one. I got the money for the iPod and called Jane to meet me at the bank so we could go back to Temple to watch Grave of the Fireflies. We weren't that late for the movie. Not a lot of people. That movie always makes me sad. Next, we got some Iced Tea and caught the 8th and Market subway so we could go to Chinatown. I got my ipod and we then went to Staples where some fucked up idiot encouraged me to buy two USB 2.0 cards b/c he thought one of them was firewire. You fucking moron. Anyway, I'm stupid for buying both of them. Saw one of my co-workers on the 17, that was a complete surprise. My phone wasn't locked and her name was the last one so when she picked it up, it was her name on it...that was damn weird. Anyway, she took my Pikachu and I flipped out b/c I take it w/me everywhere I go (it's a pedometer and I think it's damn cool). FINALLY, I got home, waited till my dad got home and me and Jane drove to UPS to pick up my video card. Guess what? It's fucking AGP! I only have PCI. Arrgh. Fucking aggravation. So now I have to sell a USB 2.0 card and a video card.

I had streaming problems last night and it escalated this morning. In the end, my computer has a new configuration which I have to update on my system specs page. I'll do that later.

I also woke up late this morning. I kinda said, fuck it, and didn't go to school. I actually didn't even go out. Too much time trying to fix this computer. But I did it. Now I'm happy. Sort of. Buyer's remorse is evil.
