CJ and I just got back from seeing Metric at the First Unitarian Church. It was pretty good, the opening bands were great as well. We just got reallllly tired during Metric's set. I think it was the heat of everyone cuz it was a big crowd... so the air-conditioning and fans kinda got stagnant. Typical kids who were over-enthusiastically dancing during the fast songs and lots of hipster artfag kids. Whoa, also ran into Khari who brought a friend. That was a surprise. Metric played all my favorite songs, including Dead Disco which came during the encore. It was after that song that we left. BTW, we ran into a decent looking Korean restaurant... we gotta stop by there someday.
